Free Spongebob Fonts from Bikini Bottom
Who knew underwater characters would be so funny and enjoyable to watch?
Created by marine science educator and animator Stephen Hillenburg, SpongeBob SquarePants has been a household name thanks to its quirky protagonist, SpongeBob, and his oddball underwater friends who all live down at Bikini Bottom.
As the fifth longest running animated series in the U.S., it has been running since its pilot episode aired in May 1, 1999. However, after its creator’s death in 2018, there has been some debate over SpongeBob’s future. Its 12th season aired in 2019, but no word yet as to what will happen by 2020. Still, fans are hopeful that the beloved character will continue to live on despite challenges.
There are two fonts used for the show’s title: the “Spongebob” part uses the Krabby Patty font by Seil. This one is just a recreation of the original though, but still good and free for personal use. Meanwhile, the “SquarePants” bit is called Las Vegas Jackpot with a modified Q. Need more fonts that remind you of Bikini Bottom? Check out this collection from Font Space.
