1. License Grant Licensor grants Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Fonts for unlimited commercial use. This includes, but is not limited to, use in branding, marketing materials, product packaging, digital content, advertisements, and websites.

2. Scope of Use This license permits use of the Fonts across all business needs without any restrictions on the number of projects or end products. There are no geographic limitations or additional fees required for usage.

3. Ownership The Fonts are licensed, not sold, to Licensee by Licensor. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Fonts, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Restrictions Licensee may not:
● Sell, resell, lease, or distribute the Fonts to third parties.
● Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Fonts without prior written consent from Licensor.

5. Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Fonts and delete all copies.

6. Warranty and Liability The Fonts are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising from the use or inability to use the Fonts.
